Hognose snakes in my garden

Postby fishlips » Jun Sun 14, 2015 6:40 pm

Spiders in my woodpile and now snakes in my garden, may need Rico to come and pick my tomatoes this year, lol.I have been seeing these snakes every day while out mowing and working in the gardens, they are pretty cool snakes, when threatened their head flattens out like a cobra,I tried to get this guy to do it ,he didn't cooperate. These guys are about 2 1/2 - 3 ft long.

Great pics! Snakes are an important part of the ecology of any environment. Right Rico? ;)
