I have a Milwaukee 18 V Fuel drill, with a 7 inch Lazer, and this adapter, love all 3.I had an aluminum plate adapter 1st couple years, worked good, but this one is much smoother, quieter, and less bulky. It also works with Mora,Lazer, and Eskimo.Just make sure your mora has a bolt and not welded.get some new blades and it should work, although I have yet to see a Mora hooked to a drill setup yet.
There are a lot of ways to set this up . I went with a k-drill auger for weight . The hole combo weighs 8 lbs and it can open up old holes . The one unique thing the K-drill can drill half holes so you can make a bigger hole if you have a tip up , also it floats if it comes detached from the drill . I have had mine a few seasons now & love it .
I have a HT adapter on a 5" Lazer. the adapter I made a 6" plastic plate so i wouldnt loose my bit and drilled hole through adapter for hitch pin. I also have a 6" Nils with their adapter that i didnt get to try out this year. I run them off of a 18V Dewalt and havent had any problems.
I get 37-39 holes at 8" ice with my 5" lazer auger. I just bought new blades for it and the 5" lazer auger is for sale for $65 . New they are $101 with tax. Message me if your wanting the auger. Thanks tight lines. Da-doc
