Along time since i've been there but always walked across the street from the ditch(not the river) to the south and caught decent fish in the hole by the culvert.

Good Luck, I know theres good fish in there.

I fished the river and the ditch/marsh and saw a ton of big fish jumping. I managed to catch a Small LMB on a huge plastic worm, and a large bluegill on a nightcrawler both in the ditch. Fished spoons, crankbaits, and jigs in the river and nothing. Saw some giant catfish in the ditch too. I wonder if there are pike in ditch. I will be going back soon! Too bad it's a 45 min drive...went through $30 in gas the past 2 days Lol

Went there two weeks ago did alright fished top water most of the time a lot of small ones but there were a few keepers but not a place good luck

They used to get some big Pike from there, I think they dredged it last year or this spring.
