Well I made it to Ky Lake. The weather was fantastic after enduring our winter here. In the 70's, worked on the tan, ate breakfast and supper on a nice deck. Only problem was the fish did not cooperate at all. Even went with a guide Don Travis on 4/1 and had no luck. He cant remember when that had happened. Water temps was around 55 to start on the surface and stained. Stained alot in the coves. 58 to 59 when we left. Water 3 to 4 foot low. Most of the stake beds were to high out of water to fish. Fished brush piles from 5 to 20' deep. Could see see the fish with electronics but no bite with live minnows. A posting with pictures is on my blog. Storms came on eve of 4/2 and we headed home next morning. Lake looked like coffee and cream!
