Another +1 for The Barn. I had my bow out last week and noticed it was off again, so I took it to the shop. Brandy took a look at it and said the string had stretched a bit. She got me fixed up so I could have it to hunt over the weekend. I went ahead and put in for a new string since stretching seemed to be an issue with the factory string. My wife dropped the bow off on Tuesday and Mike had the new string on for me yesterday, even though their computer with all the string specs had crashed this week.
Mike helped me get the bow back on target, then he and Brandy spent about an hour hanging out with my wife and me. They just had a new corn stove installed in the shop and Mike was pretty excited about that. I have to say the thing was pretty cool and really put off good heat.
Mike just went full time with his custom string shop and Brandy now runs the archery shop.
I said it before, but I'll say it again...I'm really happy to have purchased my bow from a shop that really cares about their customers. My wife and I always enjoy going to the shop, because Mike and Brandy treat us as if we've been friends for years.
