IFORGEIRON,

Dad sells all his fur at auction. He just got a check from some small coon that just sold from last year.

Here's a real trouble maker. 41 lb. male caught tonight in my favorite double corner post set. Image

Caught this nice female before the ice hit. This makes 4 females, and one male. Should start making a dent in this springs litters. All the other snares were out of commission due to the ice.

Had two more in snares yesterday. It has REALLY surprised me just how many there are around this year. This makes 7 and the other night, it sounded like there was 4 more groups. carrying on. Wish I had the time to get more traps out.

#8.......Another big male. 35 lbs. I actually seen the female that was with him. I was walking back to call when I seen her. She seen me and was gone. I figured there should have been another one this time of year, and sure enough, he was there in a snare. He was wasn't very happy either, and howled when I walked up on him. I fully expect to have her in the next couple days.

d**n things were raising heck 40 yards behind my house early this morning. They knocked the snare down that I had set for them back there. BTW- Hollaring at the coyotes to "SHUT UP!!!" out the bedroom window don't work....they paid me no mind, and kept howling!! LOL
