Linton Beaver trip next weekend!

Postby IFORGEIRON » Dec Fri 30, 2011 9:12 pm

Me and my ole buddy Tom plan on heading down to greene-sullivan next weekend for some strip pit beaver trapp`n, been a few years since i have been down there but i hopefully will have some good pics com`n,, we always do real good down there!!! W e need some carcass beaver for the Mountain man ,beaver skinning demo`s! I am all cranked up and ready to go :nana !!! Open water sucks for my ice fishing but is great for the beaver trapp`n! Havn to deal with high water drainage ditches here sucks, :hf
wont have to worry down there.

Good luck! I'm not sure how the public land trapping works, but Hillenbrand FWA is getting thick with them on all the pits, and there's a bunch at the Dugger Unit of Greene-Sullivan too.

No problem JD. I'll pass along any beaver sign I see while looking for ducks this week. ;)

Ive caught a few in them aint used them much. But my partner uses them alot.
You gotta have landowner written permission to set a snare, and my experience is when you ask a landowner to sign his name they tend 2 shy away.!
