My son is coming in from Pa. this weekend, he was wanting to wade, but if it rains like they are saying its going to, everything will be to high around where I live. My backup plan was Salamonie, I have not been there this year yet [2 hour drive] but thinking of hitting it early Sunday morning. Anyone been there in the last week? Water conditions, mainly clarity and water temps. Also would like to avoid tournaments,so if anyone has any info on that it would be very helpful. Thanks for any replies in advance. I have fished this lake a few times so I know my way around it a little, but am far from fishing all of it. [ I will be fishing from a boat]

I haven't gotten out much, but the Upper Mississinewa is usually good by this time. Anything between SR 15 and the lake should be wade-able. Good luck
